Revenue Analytics

Overview

Aria Revenue Analytics (AriaRA) provides insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing you to optimize the components of your recurring product lines, such as pricing, packaging, bundling, and workflow rules, which ultimately drives higher Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

With AriaRA, you have access to comprehensive, scheduled, and on-demand data extraction capabilities due to the following features:

  • Analytics: Pre-built analytics categories include Revenue and Churn, Finance, Marketing, Payment, and Usage.
  • Dashboards: Dashboards are interactive and can be customized using filters and visualization options.
  • Reports: Reports are completely customizable and can be filtered by any business attribute including, but not limited to:
    • Account hierarchy
    • Revenue amount and type
    • Geography
    • Time period
    • Account status
    • Type of service

AriaRA also includes pre-configured operational reports and data integration reports, covering invoicing, payments, transaction and usage. Operational reports provide output on the screen. Data integration reports provide insight into large volumes of data for external systems by providing output in character-delimited files. You can find these reports in the corresponding folders in the UI.
