A discount bundle allows you to include a set of discount rules in a coupon along with additional guidelines that determine the interaction between the discount rules. This article provides the steps necessary to create a discount bundle.

Creating a Discount Bundle
Getting Here: Click Marketing > Discount Bundles
- Click New.
- In the Bundle Name field, enter a short, descriptive name for the discount bundle.
- In the Client Bundle Id field, enter your own unique identifier for the discount bundle.
- In the Description field, enter a more lengthy description of the discount bundle.
- Allow Overlap: Specify whether the discount rules in the discount bundle will overlap.
If you specify that the discount rules should not overlap, then a previously discounted charge will not be discounted again. If you specify that the discount rules should overlap, then all of the applicable discount rules in the bundle will be honored on an invoice, which may result in a charge being discounted more than once. The discount rules in the bundle will be applied in your specified order.
- Click the Rules tab to select discount rules to include in the discount bundle.
Drag each discount rule that you want to add to the discount bundle to the field on the screen under Please drop the rule below. Repeat this step for each discount rule that you want to add to the discount bundle. Click the red "X" to remove a discount rule from the discount bundle.
Note: You must include at least two discount rules in a discount bundle.
- You can drag and drop the discount rules to specify the order in which they should be applied to charges. The discount rules will be applied in the order in which they are listed.
- Click Save.
You can then include the discount bundle in a coupon by creating a coupon.
