Remove a Supplemental Plan

This article provides steps for removing an existing supplemental plan.

Getting Here: Click Accounts > search for an account > Plans & Services > click the Supplemental Plans tab

1. Click Remove next to the supplemental plan that you wish to cancel for the customer.

2. Choose the Assignment Scope:

• De-assign Immediately: The plan will be canceled immediately and you can specify how you want to perform proration. Proration will determine any credits that should apply to the period between the plan cancellation date and the paid through date of the supplemental plan being canceled.
• De-assign on Anniversary: The cancellation will happen the day after the paid through date of the supplemental plan being canceled.
• De-assign in Future: The plan will be canceled on a specified date in the future.
