Update a Master Plan Instance's Rate Schedule

This article includes steps to provide your customers with special discounted rate schedules for their master plan. Each set of discounted rates can be applied as custom rates for only a specific customer or saved as a rate schedule available to be assigned to other customers. To update the rate schedule for all instances of the master plan, refer to Update a Plan's Rate Schedule. 

Getting Here: Click Accounts > search for an account > Plans & Services > Master Service Plan tab

1. Click Assign New Rates.

2. Select a different rate schedule from the list of previously created rate schedules.

3. Click Assign rate schedule to this account.

4. To create new custom rates for the customer, click Enter Custom Rates.

5. Make any desired changes to the range of units in the From Unit and To Unit fields for each service in the plan.
6. Enter the new Rate Per Unit for each tier.
7. To add a tier, click the plus sign then enter the range of units and rate for the tier. 

8. Select the Application Scope:

9. If you selected Apply to this account and save as re-usable rate schedule for this service plan, enter a name for the new rate schedule that you created.
10. Click Save Rates.
