Registering a Child Account with Responsibility Level 1 after the Parent Account was Created

Overview
To register a child account with responsibility level 1 after the parent account was created, complete the steps described in Registering an Account for your chosen use case and set the following additional field whenever you call the create_acct_complete method:
- Set the senior_acct_no field to the account number of the parent account.
Note: The resp_level_cd field defaults to 1 if you provide a value in the senior_acct_no field.
