Your Aria plans are automatically synchronized with Salesforce via the Apex Scheduled batch jobs. The synchronization will take place at the time specified in your Salesforce configuration.

Overview
Note: Only the Aria plans associated with your specified promotion code are synchronized with Salesforce. The promotion code is specified in your Salesforce configuration.
Viewing Plans
To view a list of your Aria master plans, click Client Plans.
Viewing Plan Changes
- Click Refresh Client Plans from Aria.
Note: It may take up to 15 minutes to refresh the plans from Aria. After 15 minutes have gone by, you will need to refresh your browser to see the plan changes.
- Hover over a plan name to view the services and rate schedules associated with the plan.
- Click View Plan Details to see additional plan information.
- Click the arrow to see the supplemental plans associated with a master plan.
Any supplemental plans associated with the master plan display in the Client Plans list.
