You must review the opportunity or quote summary before saving to Aria. You can navigate to the Review Summary screen by clicking Opportunities > select opportunity > Add/Modify Plans > Review Summary for opportunities or by clicking Opportunities > select opportunity > Quotes > select quote > Add/Modify Plans > Review Summary for quotes.

Overview
Reviewing the Opportunity or Quote Summary
- Review the Plan Summary statement.
This statement will also display any changes that have been made if you were modifying the opportunity or quote.
Note: The Plan Summary displays differently depending on the specific opportunity or quote setup, or changes made.
- Review the Financial Impact statement.
A summary of any recurring charges display here.
- When you have reviewed and finalized your plan creation, modification, or assignment, click Save to Aria for an opportunity or Save as Draft for a quote. If the customer agrees to purchase the set of plans in the quote at a later date, you can sync the quote with the opportunity.
Clicking Save as Draft saves an opportunity to edit or re-review later.
