You can select one time products to add to opportunities or quotes from the One Time Products screen by following the steps below. You can navigate to the One Time Products screen by clicking Opportunities > select opportunity > Add/Modify Plans > One Time Products for opportunities or by clicking Opportunities > select opportunity > Quotes > select quote > Add/Modify Plans > One Time Products for quotes.

Overview
Choosing One Time Products
- Click New Order to add items for individual purchase.
- Enter a value in the Quantity field of the item you would like to add.
- Enter a value in the Unit Price field of the item you would like to add.
- Enter an ID number in the Client Order ID field (optional).
- Click Create Order.
- Select one of the following invoice options from the Invoice Immediately field:
- Yes: This immediately produces an invoice on the account for the order.
- No: This does not immediately create an invoice for the order. If you select No, you must choose whether to allow the order's line items to be reflected on the next regularly scheduled periodic invoice for the account or to be created in a pending state.
- Click Add/Update Items.
- Click Next to assign a coupon(s).
Editing One Time Products
- Click Edit next to the item you would like to modify.
Note: You can delete a one time product at this time by clicking the Del link next to the one time product you would like to delete.
- Adjust the number or price of an item from the Quantity or Unit Price fields.
- Click Create Order.
- Select the appropriate invoicing option.
- Click Add/Update Items.
- Click Next to make more changes, Review Summary and Checkout to complete the process, or Save as Draft to save.
