Salesforce Integration

Overview

The Aria Salesforce Connector is a managed package, (meaning the code is hidden and the application can be easily upgraded with new versions), that provides the following features and capabilities.

Features of Salesforce Integration

  • The Aria product catalog, consisting of plans, services, and rates, is automatically synchronized once a day with Salesforce. The synchronization will take at the time specified in your Salesforce configuration.

Note: Only the Aria plans associated with your specified promotion code are synchronized with Salesforce. The promotion code is specified in your Salesforce configuration.

  • Accounts created in Aria are automatically created in Salesforce.

Note: When an account is created in Aria, it is created in Salesforce only if it is subscribed to a master plan associated with your specified promotion code and the master plan has been synchronized with Salesforce. The promotion code is specified in your Salesforce configuration.

  • Accounts updated in Aria are automatically updated in Salesforce with the modified information.   
  • Accounts updated in Salesforce are automatically updated in Aria with the modified information. 
  • Accounts created in Salesforce with plan assignments linked to Aria are automatically created in Aria.
  • Parent-child account relationships are automatically synchronized between Aria and Salesforce.
  • An account marked as a test account in Aria is automatically marked as a test account in Salesforce.
  • An account marked as a test account in Salesforce is automatically marked as a test account in Aria.
  • A wizard to assist in intelligent and organized plan assignments in Salesforce.
