Features of Salesforce Integration
- The Aria product catalog, consisting of plans, services, and rates, is automatically synchronized once a day with Salesforce. The synchronization will take at the time specified in your Salesforce configuration.
Note: Only the Aria plans associated with your specified promotion code are synchronized with Salesforce. The promotion code is specified in your Salesforce configuration.
- Accounts created in Aria are automatically created in Salesforce.
Note: When an account is created in Aria, it is created in Salesforce only if it is subscribed to a master plan associated with your specified promotion code and the master plan has been synchronized with Salesforce. The promotion code is specified in your Salesforce configuration.
- Accounts updated in Aria are automatically updated in Salesforce with the modified information.
- Accounts updated in Salesforce are automatically updated in Aria with the modified information.
- Accounts created in Salesforce with plan assignments linked to Aria are automatically created in Aria.
- Parent-child account relationships are automatically synchronized between Aria and Salesforce.
- An account marked as a test account in Aria is automatically marked as a test account in Salesforce.
- An account marked as a test account in Salesforce is automatically marked as a test account in Aria.
- A wizard to assist in intelligent and organized plan assignments in Salesforce.
