The following actions are taken when you save an opportunity on an account to Aria:

Create Account Field Mapping from Salesforce to Aria
Overview
- The account and product information associated with an opportunity is used to create an account in Aria.
- Depending on whether the replication process is completed successfully, the following happens:
- On success:
- The Salesforce account is updated with the Aria account number.
- Any custom opportunity pricing information is saved in Aria.
- On failure:
- An email is sent to the email address(es) specified in the Failure Notification Emails field in your Aria API configuration. The email will contain a list of the account parameters that caused an error.
The fields listed in Tables 1 and 2 below are replicated when you create an account in Salesforce and save an opportunity on the account to Aria. You will see these fields if you are using the Aria page layouts. Alternatively, you can add the fields listed below to your existing page layouts.
