You can configure the Allow commit and Allow save as draft fields on the Opportunity screen to default to either True or False when a new opportunity is created.

Getting Here: Click All Tabs > Aria General Configurations > Other Configurations
- Click the checkbox next to each field name to set the field to True on the Opportunity screen.
- Click Save Settings.
