Sets the method by which invoices are sent to a specified account.

notify_method | long | 8 | If notification method is not provided, value defaults to 1 (HTML email).

| list_start_master_file | long | 8 | Indicates whether or not the account shall be listed at the start of a master file.

| error_msg | string | Description of any error that occurred. "OK" if there was no error. |
