Applies a credit to a future invoice.

Output Arguments

| credit_id | long | This identifier is returned upon successful application of credit and indicates the specific credit transaction executed against the account. |
| error_code | long | Aria-assigned error identifier. 0 indicates no error. |
| error_msg | string | Description of any error that occurred. "OK" if there was no error. |
