This feature allows you to configure the number of days before an account status is changed from "Suspended" to "Terminated" as a result of the dunning process.
Getting Here: Configuration > Client Settings > Miscellaneous Settings
Note: For accounts that are moved to a "Suspended" status (e.g., as part of the final dunning step), enter the number of days until the account status is changed to Terminated. You can enter any number between 1 and 364 days. When left blank, the system default of 60 days will be used.
This enhancement provides the ability to display up to 20 custom fields on a statement by using the first 20 supplemental fields for a plan, service, inventory item, and usage type level. This provides you the ability to create product-level supplemental fields that may be displayed as custom fields on statements.
For instance, you may wish to display the unit of measurement for each product on a statement. To do this, you must create a supplemental product field to capture the unit of measurement data. Upon creating the necessary supplemental product fields, you can configure Aria to display these fields on your statements.
Getting Here: Click Configuration > Client Settings > Product Fields
Note: Selecting this option mandates selecting an associated Field Number.
Note: You need to add the field to the statement template for it to display on a statement.
