Display Custom Fields on Statements (DEV-4518)

This enhancement provides the ability to display up to 20 custom fields on a statement by using the first 20 supplemental fields for a plan, service, inventory item, and usage type level. This provides you the ability to create product-level supplemental fields that may be displayed as custom fields on statements.

For instance, you may wish to display the unit of measurement for each product on a statement. To do this, you must create a supplemental product field to capture the unit of measurement data. Upon creating the necessary supplemental product fields, you can configure Aria to display these fields on your statements.

Implementing this Feature

Getting Here: Click Configuration > Client Settings > Product Fields

  1. Select the corresponding supplemental product field from the list.
  2. Select the Object Types tab.
  3. Check the Display on Statements? box next to the Plan, Inventory Item, Service Code, and/or Usage Type.

Note: Selecting this option mandates selecting an associated Field Number.
