Getting Here: Click Configuration > Audit Logs > CSR Activity
The screen has been streamlined by removing the following checkboxes:
After entering your criteria and clicking Search, the Search Results screen displays. The following changes have been made to this screen:
The Administrative Audit Log function has been modified due to a new logging service.
Getting Here: Click Configuration > Audit Logs > Administrative
Due to the new logging service's higher efficiency, the date range recommendation for a maximum of seven days of data has been removed.
The Search Results screen now includes dates that have no data with a note to that effect. For dates where there is logging information, you can click the date to see the logging detail.
The Search Results screen for a specific date contains the same information as previously, but now paginates the results if there are large amounts of logging detail. Also, the Refine Search button allows you to change the date range without going back to the Search screen. This function has not changed, but, like the Search screen, the recommendation for a maximum of seven days of data has been removed.
The following changes have been made to how contracts display:
Getting Here: Click Accounts > Search for account > Plans & Services > Contracts
The Contracts screen displays a single line for each contract. A Plan Count column has been added that indicates the total plans in the account.
The contract detail screen was modified to display the plan status and its status change date.
Getting Here: Click Accounts > Search > search for an account > select an account
The following headings have been added to the Recent Comments section of the Account Overview screen.
These fields will only be populated for events that occur after release 6.35 has gone to production.
The Account Start Date now displays on the Account Overview screen. This date defaults to the account creation date, but is updatable using APIs. See the Aria6 API Release 6.35 release notes for details.
Four new replacement strings are available with this release.
GL codes and services related to Revenue Recognition are now copied during Copy Configuration activities.
Account comments now reflect when a third party, such as a partner application, makes a change to an account.
Two new client taxation settings have been added.
The setting Stop On Tax Errors has been removed.
If a tax error occurs, such as an invalid address, and either of the above settings for the invoicing is set to False, then an invoice is generated without tax information.
These settings provide greater control over handling tax errors during invoicing.
Getting Here: Click Configuration > Billing > Taxation Settings
