Modified Credit Calculation for Tax Inclusive Services (DEV-7857)
This feature enhances credit calculation due to plan cancelation to ensure that taxes are credited on the invoice if the service was tax-inclusive.

- Data table warning displayed when viewing usage (TICKET-13982)
- Blank invoice was generated when selecting certain notification methods (TICKET-14115)

- Invalid existing template ID error code was returned when using create_coupon (TICKET-13062)

- Create_item_class and related APIs generated incorrect errors (TICKET-13715)
- Get_coa was working without <coa_id> (TICKET-13758)
