Configure the Number of Days that an Account Goes from Suspended to Terminated

Overview

You can configure the number of days that an account in a "Suspended" status automatically moves to a "Terminated" status.

Configuring the Days Until Account Status is Changed from Suspended to Terminated client setting enables a maximum of 364 days from when an account will automatically move from a "Suspended" status to a "Terminated" status.

Note: By default, the system setting is 60 days. If the Days Until Account Status is Changed from Suspended to Terminated client setting is not configured, the system default of 60 days is used.

Configuring this Client Setting

Getting Here: Click Configuration > Client Settings > Miscellaneous Settings

  1. Select the Days Until Account Status is Changed from Suspended to Terminated client setting.
  2. Configure the number of days that an account in a "Suspended" status should automatically move to a "Terminated" status by adjusting the number in the Value field.

Note: The inputted value cannot exceed 364 days.

  1. Click Save.
