Search for an Account

You can search for customer information using various criteria such as last name, account number, or invoice number. There are three main options to search for accounts, as stated below.

Getting Here: Click Accounts > Search > select a search option

• Ad-Hoc Search - The Ad-Hoc Search allows you to search based on text fields and find information using a partial text search and case-insensitive search criteria.
• Specific Criteria Search - The Specific Criteria Search allows you to search for an account based on very specific criteria. You may want to use this search if you know information about the account you are searching.
• Basic Search - The Basic Search feature will find exactly one account. This feature provides a fast way to find information about one particular customer.
