Assign a Plan with an Existing Surcharge to an Account

Overview

This article provides the steps necessary to assign a plan with an existing surcharge to an account.

Assigning a Plan with an Existing Surcharge to an Account

Getting Here: Click Accounts > Search

  1. Search for and select the desired account. The Account Overview screen displays.

  1. Click Plans & Services in the left navigation panel.
  2. Under Choose Master Service Plan, select the desired master plan that contains a surcharge from the Master Plan dropdown menu and click Show Plan Details if you wish to view more information about the plan. Otherwise, click Select Plan.

Note:  Refer to the article Assigning a Plan for additional information to assist in completing the fields on this screen.

  1. Upon completing the fields, click Save. The plan that contains a bundled surcharge is now assigned to the account.
