Assign a Plan with an Existing Surcharge to an Account

This article provides the steps necessary to assign a plan with an existing surcharge to an account.

Getting Here: Click Accounts > Search

1. Search for and select the desired account. The Account Overview screen displays.

2. Click Plans & Services in the left navigation panel.
3. Under Choose Master Service Plan, select the desired master plan that contains a surcharge from the Master Plan dropdown menu and click Show Plan Details if you wish to view more information about the plan. Otherwise, click Select Plan.

4. Upon completing the fields, click Save. The plan that contains a bundled surcharge is now assigned to the account.
