You can assign a Notification Template Group when creating or editing a master plan. The Template Group associated with the master plan applies to the account when the account purchases the master plan.

Note: Notification Template Groups assigned at the plan level can only be removed at the plan level.
Assigning a Notification Template Group at the Master Plan Level
Getting Here: Click Products > Quick Plans
- Upon navigating to the Quick Plans screen, the Quick Plan Creation Wizard displays allowing you to create a plan.
- Complete the fields as necessary to create a plan.
Note: Refer to the article Create a Quick Plan for information on completing these fields.
- Assign a template group to the master plan by selecting the desired group from the Notification Template Group dropdown.
Alternatively, you can also assign a Notification Template Group from the Plans screen. To do this:
- Navigate to Products > Plans.
- A list of existing plans display on the screen.
- Selecting an existing plan loads the Plan Details in a new screen.
- Click the Billing & Invoicing tab.
- Assign a template group to the master plan by selecting the desired template group from the Notification Template Group dropdown.
- Click Save when finished.
