Create an Email Template Field

Overview
You can create email template fields if there is additional information that you want to include in your statement templates and email templates. For instance, you can create an email template field for a VAT ID.
Note: Please contact Aria Systems Customer Support to have the Email Template Fields module enabled and to specify which email template fields you want to include in your statement templates and email templates.
Creating an Email Template Field
- Click New to create a new email template field.
- Enter a brief descriptive name for the field in the Field Name field (for instance, VAT ID).
Note: If you are editing an email template field, you cannot change its field name.
- Enter the value that should be displayed in your statement templates and/or email templates in the Field Value field.
- Click Save.
The email template field is added to your list of email template fields.
