Email templates are a form of outbound communication that is sent to an account holder notifying them of any updates or changes to their account, in addition to any account issues. Different email templates are represented by email template classes that can be assigned to an account. An example of an email template class is Account Activation. When this email template class is assigned, the account holder is notified that his or her new account requires confirmation to activate. A full list of email template classes is available.
Email templates are accessed by navigating to Configuration > Notifications > Email Templates.
