Provide Access to Accounts' Threshold Billing Rules
Provide Access to Accounts' Threshold Billing Rules

To allow your Aria application users to view, assign, or remove Threshold Billing Rules (TBRs, also called "thresholds") for accounts, you must provide access to accounts' thresholds. By default, thresholds for accounts will not be displayed.
Prerequisites
Before you can provide access to accounts' thresholds, you will need to complete these additional prerequisites.
Instructions
Getting Here: Click Configuration > Security > Account Access > Plans > Pages
Note: By default, access to account's thresholds is disabled, so you will see None selected next to Assign Threshold Billing Rule and Remove Threshold Billing Rule.
- Next to Threshold Billing Rules:
- Select the Minimum CSR Level that is allowed to see the TBRs for an account.
- Specify whether to show or hide the TBRs by selecting On or Off.
- Next to Assign Threshold Billing Rule:
- Select the Minimum CSR Level that is allowed to assign TBRs to an account's billing groups.
- Specify whether to show or hide the Assign feature by selecting On or Off.
- Next to Remove Threshold Billing Rule:
- Select the Minimum CSR Level that is allowed to remove TBRs from an account's billing groups.
- Specify whether to show or hide the Remove feature by selecting On or Off.
- Click Save.
Your specified user roles will be able to see and assign and/or remove TBRs from:- The Threshold Billing Rules tab; and
- The Billing Group screen.
Note: Ensure that your Aria users who should have access to TBRs for an account are assigned the applicable role/Minimum CSR Level that you specified above.
