The Account's month-to-date unbilled unit usage was previously UNDER the client-defined threshold amount for system notification, but is now OVER OR EQUAL TO that threshold.

You can also retrieve an account's usage history to see how many units of usage an account has accumulated at any time, the unit rate, and, if thresholds were exceeded, the total charge for those exceeded units. Below is an example of a notification an account holder would receive, informing him or her of reaching or exceeding the set thresholds.
