Assign Notification Template Groups at the Functional Account Group Level

This article provides the steps necessary to assign a Notification Template Group at the Functional Account Group level.

Getting Here: Click Configuration > Client Settings > Functional Account Groups

1. Click New to create a Functional Account Group.
2. Provide a Group Name and Client Group ID in the respective fields.
3. In the Description field, enter a description of the account group.
4. Assign a Notification Template Group to the new Functional Account Group by selecting the desired template group from the Notification Template Group dropdown.      

5. Click Save when finished. The Notification Template Group is now assigned at the Functional Account Group level.
