Aria for Salesforce 4.0 Contents
The API call get_catalog_hierarchy_m has been enhanced to enable more than 1,997 Master Plan Instances (MPIs) to be synchronized via Aria For Salesforce.
When you switch to the new Lightning design of Aria For Salesforce, the Refresh from Aria button is now available at the top of the Account page, allowing you to sync information from Aria to Salesforce.com.
When you switch to the new Lightning design of Aria For Salesforce, the Refresh Aria Transaction button is now available at the top of the Account page, allowing you to transaction information from Aria to Salesforce.com.
A pop up appears with a list of plans filtered by a specified Billing Group:
All buttons intended to enable functionality not yet built in the Aria For Salesforce Lightning interface have been removed from the Lightning interface.
When you switch to the new Lightning design of Aria For Salesforce, and click Manage Plans from an Account screen, a Manage Plans screen loads with the ability to access:
Each section of Aria For Salesforce can be enabled or disabled per user, except Billing Groups and Plans (which are available by default). The Lightning interface responsively adjusts the screen layout based on whether items show or are hidden.
A Sync button appears on an Account's Manage Plans overview screen when plans are out of sync. When clicked, the latest Account Plan information appears on the overview screen.

This feature introduces an "Edit Rates" popup screen when you choose "Edit Rates" from the Action column drop down on the “All Plans” screen of an Account's Opportunity. The popup displays all services on the plan, along with their rate tiers and rates. Rates and tiers are fully editable.
This feature allows you to assign new Plan Instances to a new or existing Account. Clicking Add Plans from Catalog from the drop down on the "All Plans" screen on an Opportunity, the Add plans from catalog screen should be displayed, listing plans from the plan catalog in the Master Plan/Supplemental Plan hierarchy. Mandatory Supplemental Plans will be added when a Master Plan is selected when applicable.
This feature enables you to modify new and existing Plans on an Opportunity. Clicking the Plans section on the Opportunity Overview screen reveals a list of plans, from which you can:

These static pages are built to showcase the forthcoming functionality of the One-Time Products section. It displays the flows and features available when a user adds a One-Time Product to an opportunity. When clicked, a list of One-Time Products appears from which you can add or more order items and specify when they are invoiced. Full functionality of these One-Time Products screens is targeted for availability in the AFS Lightning view at the end of Q2 2020.
These static pages are built to showcase the forthcoming functionality of the Promotions section. It displays the flows and features available when a user applies a coupon or promotion to an Opportunity. When clicked,
you can type a promotion or coupon code, validate it, then add it to the Opportunity. The coupon or promotion is added to an opportunity and, once committed, it is applied to an Account (NOT MPI). Functional promotion section is targeted to be available in Lightning in end of Q3 2020.
These static pages are built to showcase functionalities of terms of agreement section. It displays the flows and features available when a user creates a new contract or select an existing contract and assigns it to plans on the opportunity. This feature adds a Termed Agreements section to the Opportunities overview screen. When the opportunity gets committed then the contract for those plans is added to an account.
