When creating a Credit Memo in Aria for Salesforce, taxes (if applicable) will now show onscreen before clicking the Preview button.
When plans are synchronized via the Aria For Salesforce Bulk Sync process, an alert is now shown in the Account Plans of the Account screen indicating that Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenut (ARR) are out of sync, beside a "Recalculate MRR/ARR" button. Clicking that button will show the updated values for MRR and ARR.
When adding a new plan to an account in Aria For Salesforce, and specifying a date in the future, you have the ability to specify a status for that plan until the start date, as highlighted below:
This feature enables you to configure the values that show in this pick list.
Getting here (within the Aria For Salesforce application on Salesforce.com): Setup > Create > Objects > Account Plan (Object) > Aria Status Until Alt Start (Field)
When adding a new plan to an account in Aria For Salesforce, on the "Plan Start and Billing Options" screen, you can specify both a calendar date for billing, and/or a Master Plan instance with which to synchronize it. Instructional text has been added to this screen explaining that the calendar date will take precedence over the select Master Plan Instance when Aria calculates the bill date for the new plan.
When the billing interval is changed for a plan within Aria for Salesforce, the correct rate schedule is now assigned as expected.
When using Aria's Bulk Sync to send data from Aria through the Aria For Salesforce connector to Salesforce.com, multiple contacts from Aria can now automatically be converted to Salesforce.com Standard Contacts. Enable this feature by checking the "Sync custom contact to standard contact" box. This requires that you have Bulk Sync enabled within Aria. Contact your Aria CSM to enable Bulk Sync.
Getting here (within the Aria For Salesforce application on Salesforce.com): Aria General Configurations > Other Configs > Enable Aria Contact Detail Sync
When checked, contacts from Aria will be synchronized to Salesforce.com based on their association with Aria account objects.
Aria For Salesforce 3.x+ now supports 2-way SSL.
Plans with a future activation date added to an account via an Opportunity are now associated with a Billing Group, and are present on the Future Plan Changes tab in the Account Plans section. (TICKET-898)
The effective date in the Future Plan Changes tab in the Account Plans section now display in the user's localized format. (TICKET-914)
When adding a plan to an existing customer with an immediate start date, supplemental fields are now sent to Aria in the API call. (TICKET-915)
When a user does not have access to a supplemental plan and when adding a new Opportunity with a Master Plan and the Supplemental Plan and choosing the “Cancel” action for the MP instance, Aria For Salesforce now checks for that user’s access to the plans and no longer fails silently. (TICKET-916)
Supplemental Fields on the Account Plan Viewer, when populated, are now visible. (TICKET-917)
