New Custom Field "external Id" On Standard Contact (SFDCDEV-265)
This feature adds a new custom field "external Id" to the standard contact object. It will be used to support external id's for person contacts so that account, statement and billing contacts can be linked with the person account during the Upsert call by bulk API.
