Credit Value Incorrect on the Transactions Tab (SFDCQA-477)
Due to a calculation error, Aria for Salesforce displayed incorrect credit values under Aria Transactions. To correct the calculation, a Credit Amount field has been introduced.
Getting Here: Select an Account > Scroll to Aria Transactions
NOTES:
1) The display of your account landing screen is highly customizable through the Customize Page and Edit Layout links at the top your account screen. If your screen layout does not include the Aria Transactions related list (as shown above) on your account page, refer to Salesforce help documentation regarding Custom Related Lists.
2) This list is refreshed from the Refresh Aria Transactions button, as long as the Sync Aria Transactions to SFDC object custom setting is turned ON.
Aria for Salesforce now computes the correct credit amount as follows:
If the transaction is a: | Then the calculation is: |
---|---|
Charge Amount | Ending Balance – Charge Amount = Starting Balance Example: 120.00 - 20.00 = 140.00 |
Credit Amount | Ending Balance + Credit Amount = Starting Balance Example: 120.00 + ( -20.00) = 100.00 |
In addition, UI changes have been made to display the Credit Amount.
Getting Here: Select an Account > Click the Aria Transactions button.
The Aria Transactions button sends a real-time call to Aria and returns the most recent transactions, displayed from the newest to oldest.
This screen displays the Charge Amount and Credit Amount for individual transactions and calculates the Starting Balance and Ending Balance. Any negative values display within parenthesis.
If you select a plan from the Subscriptions drop-down, the list filters the transactions by plan and the starting and ending balances do not calculate.
