Aria for Salesforce Features

Display Only Unique Comments (SFDCDEV-287)

This feature enhances Account Comments displayed in Aria For Salesforce by assigning a unique id to each comment, eliminating duplicate comments.

Nomenclature Change: Termed Agreement to Terms of Agreement (SFDCDEV-289)

Aria has updated references to "Termed Agreement" to "Terms of Agreement." The new labels displayed in Aria For Salesforce are:

  • All Terms of Agreement
  • Terms of Agreement
  • Add Terms of Agreement
  • Edit Terms of Agreement

Aria for Salesforce Fixes

  • The cancel button in Set Options section now resets the previously set values. (SFDCQA-942)

  • Users can now edit custom rates for plans with zero-dollar list prices. (SFDCQA-951)

  • Users can now update Product Field values for queued plans in Aria for Salesforce. (SFDCQA-953)

  • Updated prices for Non-subscription Offerings (NSO) in Aria are now correctly synced in Aria for Salesforce. (SFDCQA-955)

  • During mid-plan changes initiated in Aria for Salesforce, opportunities now close on full success. If some API calls for this process fail, opportunities will not be closed. (SFDCQA-956)

  • The following fields now appear on PDF quotes in Aria for Salesforce: (SFDCQA-957)
    • Total MRR
    • Total One Time Product(s)
    • Total Discounts
    • Terms of Agreement
The bold header names that previously appeared at the bottom of PDF quotes were deleted; and, an asterisk next to MRR references a note indicating "usage not included."
  • Clicking the "Refresh From Aria" button is successful for Person Accounts with more than 40 plans. (SFDCQA-958)

  • The Terms of Agreement icon now displays for a plan in Aria For Salesforce only when there are Terms of Agreement associated with a plan with status "IN EFFECT." (SFDCQA-959)
