Once you have created a new account within Salesforce, you can assign a plan to an account by following the steps in this article. You can only assign a plan to an account from an associated opportunity.
Getting here: Touch Menu (in the upper left corner of the screen) > Accounts > Select an account > Related > Opportunities
Note: If you edit an opportunity whose plan assignment has already been saved to Aria, you see the message "The account exists in Aria. Please create a quote for new account."
To search all available master plans, touch the Search icon. A search box opens where you can enter a partial or full plan
name to limit the list to just those plans that match
Note: To add a plan, you must open this screen and touch Done, even if you do not want to edit the plan details.
The plan is added to the opportunity.
After you have added a plan, you can perform several editing functions.
Once a plan has been added to an opportunity, the plan name is available to edit under Selected Master Plans, and to add, under Available Master Plans. You can select a master plan multiple times, and edit each instance as necessary.
The following diagram shows a master plan assigned to the opportunity as well as available to be assigned again.
After you select a master plan, you can edit it and add supplemental plans to it. Adding supplemental plans works similarly to adding master plans.
Note: Not all master plans contain supplemental plans.
After selecting and modifying plans, you can touch Save as Draft to save any changes to the opportunity, or Commit to save the changes to the opportunity and also save the opportunity to Aria.
You can delete a plan by selecting it, and then touching the delete icon.
After deleting a plan, you can touch Save as Draft to save any changes to the opportunity, or Commit to save the changes to the opportunity and also save the opportunity to Aria.
