From Salesforce, you can view write-offs and dispute holds by following the steps below. You can also create a write-off or a dispute hold or settle a dispute hold for an existing account.

Displaying Write-Offs and Dispute Holds on an Account
Getting Here: Click Account > Aria Payments and Credits
- Click the Aria Payments and Credits button on the account.
The Payments tab displays.
- Click the Write-Offs/Disputes tab.
The write-off and dispute hold history is displayed in real time from Aria.
- Click the Invoice link next to the write-off/dispute hold record to view the invoice line items.
Invoice line item information displays.
