Add Your Company Logo to Quote PDFs

Overview

You can create quotes in order to offer a customer different combinations of plans and prices. After that, you can create a PDF file consisting of a quote, then email the PDF to a customer. You can customize the PDF file with your company logo.

Note: Your logo must be in JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, or BMP format and cannot be larger than 50 KB.

Adding Your Company Logo to Quote PDFs

  1. Click the plus (+) sign .

  1. Click Documents.
  2. Select Aria Plan Documents.
  3. Click CompanyLogoForAriaQuote.
  4. Click Replace Document.

  1. Click Browse to locate the logo that you want to use in your quote PDFs.
  2. Click Replace Document.

The logo that you selected will be included in your quote PDFs.
