Choose One Time Products

You can select one time products to add to opportunities or quotes from the One Time Products form by following the steps below.

Getting Here: Select an opportunity or quote > click Add/Modify Plans

1. Scroll down to One Time Products and click the triangle to expand the section.
2. Check any one-time products for individual purchase.
3. Enter a quantity in the Unit field.
4. Enter a value in the Price field.
5. Select the plan to assign to the selected item.
6. Click the "plus" button if you want to add another instance of the item to the plan. This allows you to show multiple instances of an item on an invoice, rather than combining them into one line item.

4. Enter an ID number in the Client Order ID field (optional).
5. Select one of the following invoice options from the Invoice Immediately? field:

• Yes: This immediately produces an invoice on the account for the order.
• No: This does not immediately create an invoice for the order. If you select No, you must choose whether to allow the order's line items to be reflected on the next regularly scheduled periodic invoice for the account or to be created in a pending state.
