Application Fixes
- Recurring arrears invoice was not generating (TICKET-6996)
- Validation message was missing when adding the same master plan instance level surcharge with update_acct_complete_m (TICKET-876)
- First pending invoice was not shown in account specific Pending Invoices tab (TICKET-12059)
- Bulk_record_usage_m was displaying an error for child accounts with usage (TICKET-12348)
- Option to specify custom tiers and rates was not displaying when custom rate schedule option is selected (TICKET-12496)
- Errors with NETS processing (TICKET-12702)
- Create_instance_contract_m displayed unexpected error with type 8 and Rollover Plan No/Plan ID field combination (TICKET-12806)
- Assign_acct_plan_m plan status incorrectly displayed and invoice was not getting generated (TICKET-12820)
